- WhatsApp messages: your WhatsApp phone number and the text (or other content) you send to our business number, plus delivery metadata provided by Meta/WhatsApp.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser/user agent, timestamps) when you visit our websites.

4. WhatsApp / Meta

and provide BIZHive / DEO-KIN information. Automated replies may include product links and contact details.
5. Sharing

Enquiry and WhatsApp conversation records are kept only as long as needed for sales/support follow-up

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing
